Tres Corazones is a private home sitting serenely on a small rise above La Mision's beautiful, white, sandy shore. Stone terraces cascade down to a large deck just high enough above the beach to give you a feeling of privacy. The day stretches out before you beckoning you to play in the sand and the surf. Surrounded by courtyards, patios and gardens you have plenty of places to escape to on a lazy afternoon. Perhaps, you will simply read a book in the shade on the deck, a soft breeze ruffling the umbrella in your Pina Colada. If Summer at Tres Corazones is wonderful, Fall is glorious. September, October, into November the weather is warm and comfortable, and the beach is practically yours. Dine and dance at the world famous La Fonda Restaurant or play golf at Baja Mar's challenging course by the sea. Large wood and wrought-iron gates sit in a twelve foot wall separating Tres Corazones from the La Mision village streets and adventures to be had in enchanting Mexico.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental Information : Tres Corazones is available year around. Minimum Stay - There is a standard minimum stay of two nights. Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving holidays require a four night minimum stay. All other holidays require a three night minimum stay. We accept payments by 'Pay Pal.' Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
  There will be a $150 handling fee on all cancellations. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival may be rescheduled up to one year based on availability. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival and those who do not wish to reschedule there is no refund unless the house is able to be re-rented for that time period, in that case there will be a full refund minus the $150. Holidays & High-Season Rentals are for the entire house only. All rentals are subject to minimum stay requirements. The full house has 2 suites, and 2 bedrooms, see descriptions below.
  
• Off-Season Rentals have the option of renting the entire house, or individual suites and rooms as needed. All rentals are subject to minimum stay requirements. Individual suites and rooms consist of:
  La Gloria Master suite - With the 'tres corazones' fireplace (includes: kitchen, great room, one bedroom with a queen size pillow-top mattress, full bathroom, and an additional full bathroom off the kitchen). Loft suite - with a two story kiva fireplace (includes: a sleeping area with a queen sized pillow-top mattress and balcony upstairs, and a living area with a full bath down stairs). Additional bedrooms - There are two additional rooms. La Mision room has a Queen size pillow-top mattress bed, and El Vaquero room has two twin sized pillow-top mattress beds. Both have their own full baths. Daily Rental Rates: Full house rental - $550; La Gloria Master suite - $250; Loft suite - $200; Additional bedroom (each) - $125; Additional bedroom rentals available only with suite rental
  
• Extended Stay Rentals, Summer High season rates for Tres Corazones, One week rental package is six nights, seven days. One month rental package is four weeks. Shown is the cost of the number of weeks plus the bonus days given - 1 week $2700, Includes 1 free night; 2 weeks $4700, includes 3 free nights; 3 weeks $6700, includes 5 free nights; 4 weeks $8500, includes 10 free nights. Basic rate is for up to 8 person occupancy. There is a $20 charge per person per night for over 8 in occupancy. We have two additional roll away beds meant for children.
  Service for help with meals and additional housekeeping time is available for an additional fee, ask for rate chart.
  There is a security deposit of $300 for one week, and $500 for any time over one week that will be returned, uncashed, upon the return of the key and a security check of the house. There is also a cleaning fee that includes housekeeping two times a week. The cleaning fee is based on the length of the stay

Weddings - Let Tres Corazones and our trained staff help you find the magic in your special day. On site coordination makes your dream wedding a reality. Other special occasions - For dad’s 70th birthday party, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion, Tres Corazones can take care of the details for you. Tres Corazones can help with information on supplemental lodging for guests that would like to attend event. Maximum capacity for day of event is 50 people. Extras available for a fee

Extras available for a fee: Fresh handmade tortillas delivered to you in the morning. Delicate and delicious flour tortillas $5.50 per dozen. Tamales delivered - Savory handmade tamales in beef, chicken and pork, or dessert tamales in pineapple other dessert options available $1.50 each. Wood for the fireplaces. For those nippy spring and winter nights by the fire, you can bring your own fire wood or you can purchase wood from our supply $65 for a ½ truck load $125 for a full truck load. Smaller amounts are available. Check with our concierge, Cesar Mora. Maid service - There is an in and out cleaning fee depending on the length of your stay. Maid service, 2 times per week for stays of a week or more, is part of the cleaning fee. Ask for a rate chart for additional maid service during your stay.

Traditional cook and a gourmet chef

A traditional cook for breakfast or lunch; For a traditional Mexican style meal - $8 per head, $40 per meal Minimum. Cooking for one meal a day, breakfast or lunch only (includes prep and clean-up). Menus are decided on ahead of time. Any adjustments to meals or people attending need to be handled through our concierge Cesar Mora. By reservation only.
