Beit Hawa, a unique 3-bedroom, 2-bath contemporary villa, is perched 50' above the turquoise Caribbean with a sweeping easterly view across Rendezvous Bay & Reef Bay. Once inside the carved wooden portals of Beit Hawa, you'll find your own favorite spot on the decks & balconies where you can listen to the crash of waves on the rocks below, drink in the colors of a Caribbean sunrise, or watch hummingbirds & bananaquits dart from flower to flower.
Beit Hawa, with its tropical landscaping & perpetual cooling breezes, provides an idyllic, secluded vacation setting. The stone & silvery gray wood-framed house features spectacular views through picture windows & sliding glass doors of the living & dining areas, both furnished with comfortable rattan furniture & decorated with warm earth colors. The well-appointed kitchen also offers vistas across the broad counter-bar to the terrace & sea beyond. A 2-tiered mini-spa on the terrace completes the setting.
The unique bedroom arrangement in Beit Hawa sleeps six - 2 in a separate master suite with dressing room, private bath & tropical outdoor shower garden, and 4 in two attractive loft bedrooms with beautiful views (these rooms can look into each other as well as onto the living area and thus lack 100% privacy).
Beit Hawa is located just minutes from Cruz Bay town in the exclusive Boatman Point enclave, and is only a 5-minute drive from the Westin resort at Great Cruz Bay, or a 20-minute drive from the world-renowned north shore National Park beaches.
NOTE: Tucked below the main floor is a small caretaker's apartment with its own private entrance away from the upper house. Total privacy is guaranteed for Beit Hawa guests.
