Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya are just 5 minutes walking, while Barrio Gotico, La Boqueria, La Cathedral are just under 10 minutes walking. Communication to the apartment are excellent with metro/bus station in front of building, and train station just 5 mins away.

  • The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6, and may not be booked for greater numbers.
    In order to guarantee a reservation or booking, we require a down payment of 10-20% of the total price for your stay. This down payment is non refundable. Upon arrival at the apartment we require the payment of remaining balance, a 300€ security deposit against any possible damage made during your stay, and 50-60€ cleaning fee. The 300 € security deposit will be entirely refunded during the check-out if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.
