Apartments Paseo de Gracia: These elegant apartments are set in a charming historical building in Paseo de Gracia. Situated just minutes from Plaza Catalunya, Gaudi's Casa Batlló, the famous Ramblas, & most exclusive shops (Chanel, Cartier, Louis Vutton). The entrance of the building is marked by a great portal with beautifully patterned marble floors, columns & stairways. Both apartments are on the first floor and look over Paseo de Gracia.

The apartment is on the first floor & has original Mosaic flooring. It has a separate dining area & a spacious living room with 2 large sofas (1 sofa-bed), a large LCD TV 32' + DVD player for the guest to truly sit back & relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances & amenities. The Picasso bedroom has a large romantic bed with its own private bathroom with shower & tub. The Dali bedroom is large with 2 single bed & a desk. The Miro Bedroom also has two single beds. Both share a bathroom just next door with a large shower. Bed linen, Towels, & Nespresso included. In short, this is a fantastic apartment with a central location.

The apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, on Paseo de Gracia. On this long, straight avenue you´ll find two of Gaudi´s most famous buildings; Casa Batlló & La Pedrera. This is also the most prestigious shopping avenue in Barcelona, with Armani, Dolce & Gabbana , Carolina Herrera, Loewe... Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya are just 5 minutes walking, while Barrio Gotico, La Boqueria, La Cathedral are just under 10 minutes walking. Communication to the apartment are excellent with metro/bus station in front of building, and train station just 5 mins away.

    Christmas, New Years, Easter, GSM Fair and other holidays are considered as very high season.
    The minimum stay for these holidays is 7 nights. Otherwise it is 3 nights.
  • The apartment has a maximum capacity of 8, and may not be booked for greater numbers.

    In order to guarantee a reservation or booking, we require a down payment of 10-20% of the total price for your stay. This down payment is non refundable. Upon arrival at the apartment we require the payment of remaining balance, a 400€ security deposit against any possible damage made during your stay, and 70€ cleaing fee. The 400 € security deposit will be entirely refunded during the check-out if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.

Opcionally, there is a sofa bed available is the living room for 2 extra guests.

lovely relaxing break

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this apartment. The facilities were excellent and we were made most welcome on arrival by Ignacio and his wife. The apartment could not be better situated, its right at the heart of the shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. A short walk (2 or 3 minutes) from Placa Catalunya and then easy access to the tourist bus, las ramblas and the marina. As we have children we went to the zoo and aquarium which were both worth the money. We ate out a lot - there were lots of restaurants within a few yards of the apartment but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment when we did eat in. Although the apartment wasnt on the ground floor, there is a lift so this neednt put anyone off. All in all, a super week's break from the grind. We had not been to Spain before, but will certainly be visiting again!

Amazing Central Barcelona Apartment, Gracious Host

My family stayed in this beautiful, perfectly-located apartment for two months this summer and we were entirely thrilled. The location is ideal, near museums, restaurants, and shopping, and the station metro is literally outside the front door. The neighborhood is gorgeous and safe, and the building is the same. The apartment is clean, well-furnished, and has a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The owner was an entirely gracious host, and personally bent over backward to make our stay easy and enjoyable. When we return to Barcelona, we will plan in advance so we can book this apartment again. Please ask the owner to put you in touch with me (Adam) if I can tell you more about this amazing apartment.

Perfection! Magnificent apartments/glorious city

Our group rented both the 3-bedroom and the 2-bedroom apartments and had a truly wonderful time. The location, comfort, and convenience were outstanding and worked beautifully for our quite diverse group, which ranged in age from 14 to early 60's. Our interests varied as well and the location allowed us to feel quite safe letting the teenagers come and go on their own. Barcelona is probably my favorite city in Europe and staying in these beautiful apartments contributed greatly to our experience of the the city.
