The accommodation is a delightful annex/wing of a traditional stone built 18th Century farmhouse on a working family farm that consists of: Entrance Hall, Kitchen with fitted units, fridge, microwave and electric cooker. Lounge/Dining Area (Traditionally known as a ‘The Living Room’) with Inglenook fire place with a wood burning Rayburn, a large farmhouse table, seating area and TV and window over looking the farm yard. The bed settee in the Living Room can be used to provide sleeping space for up to two adults or children. Downstairs Toilet and Shower Room, Old Dairy Lounge (former Farm Dairy) with its flagstone floor, stone walls and high beamed ceiling. Stairs from Old Dairy Lounge leads to mezzanine landing and corridor to a Family Bedroom containing a double bed, a set of bunk beds (2 Adults and 2 Children), a wardrobe, dressing table and window over looking the farm yard.

The small market town of Axminster (home of Axminster Carpets and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen and Store) is situated 3 miles away containing a variety of pubs, resturants, shops and supermarkets. Alternatively the town of Chard lies only 5 miles to the east and offers a wider range of amenities. Taunton is 19 miles away and Exeter 27. The Jurassic Coast is within easy reach with the seaside resorts of Lyme Regis (with the 'Cobb' Harbour - setting for the film 'French Lieutenant's Woman') 9 miles away and Seaton 10 miles away. The farm is situated in the quiet unspoilt countryside of the Blackdown Hills (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and is criss-crossed with footpaths offering many opportunities for walking.
