Front line penthouse apartment with fantastic sea views
The fully equipped apartment is a top floor duplex and spans the 8th and 9th floor of the very popular Puerto Paraiso apartment building. At the entrance to the building you will find the relaxing swimming pool. This area has been planted with palms and tropical shrubs and flowers. There is a second pool plus a Padel tennis court (sorry, no rackets provided). The lounge has air conditioning, Sky TV and a large outside terrace where a dining table and chairs. It is possible to return into the apartment via a 2nd door which leads into the large fully equipped galley kitchen. In the lower hallway, there is a downstairs toilet and hand basin. Upstairs, you will find the double and twin bedrooms – both of which are en suite. The master bedroom also offers a second large terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views out to sea or watch the boats entering and exiting the harbour. We believe this apartment, with its simple unfussy decoration, to be excellent value for money.

This lovely duplex apartment over looks the marina of Estepona with views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Africa. Being front line, these views are totally uninterrupted. (if you are familiar with the port, this apartment is located in block 1 which is renowned for being the best maintained of the four blocks) The very popular beach of Bahia del Cristo is just a five minute walk away which boats two beach bars, soft yellow sand and shallow warm water.
Estepona
Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages…Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
