Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due six (6) weeks prior to departure. If the booking is within the six weeks, then the full amount will become due. In the event of a cancellation within the last eight (8) weeks and the property remaining unlet, then we would consider it appropriate to retain the deposit against loss of revenue.
  A refundable insurance of £100-00 against breakages would also be included in the final invoice.

A five minute walk along the designated path adjacent the ninth fairway will bring you to the centre of Parque da Floresra Sports and Leisure Centre, where you will not only find the golf pro shop etc , but a truly superb restaurent ; an impressive twin swimming pool layout incorporating a children's play area ,and poolside bars ; a fitness studio ' and finally a beauty clinic. Other facilities offered at Parque da Floresta are tennis ; bowls ; archery ; and horse riding.

Golf Information:

As well as the challenging Parque da Ffloresta course , players can pit there skills at the relatively new Boa Vista Golf ( 12 km.) , and the famous Palmares Golf ( 20 km.). Accredited handicaps are required, and we are able to reserve tee times for guests if required at the time of final invoicing. Note that payment for each round is the responsibility of clients at each club prior to tee-off. At the Parque da Floresta course we are able to offer clients a discount of 40% on green fees.
