Perfect for a couple

My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary (so an important holiday to get right) and it was fantastic. A small little appartment ideal for a couple in the heart of the old town was exactly what we needed to soak up the local culture. There are a few flights of stairs but that doesn't matter, the higher up you are the better the view and ambience, and we spent the end of every evening on the balcony listening to the gental bustle of the locals below in the cafes. Place Rosetti is the place to be and was an excellent base of operations for us (5 minutes walk to the Promenade, restaurants everywhere, 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram). We didn't have a car for this holiday but you don't need one (and may struggle to park if you did drive and stay in anywhere in the old town). The apartment itself was clean, tidy and, as others have said, recently refurbished (this shows and it's always nice when a place is freshly done for holiday makers). One thing worth mentioning is the management company who were top notch - they provided their mobile numbers, are English, very friendly, and gave us a ton of useful info on the area as they're locals. Hands down a top place I've stayed (and I always do apartments in Europe, never hotels which are too impersonal) and without a doubt the best management company I have ever dealt with on any holiday.
