Modern well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kitchen utensils etc. Modern seating area with dining table, leather couch and chairs, flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD & CD player and broadband connection. Modern shower-room with WC and with power-shower. Light double bedroom with single put-me-up bed for 3rd guest or child. Double mirrored wardrobe. Hairdryer, English adapters available for use. Multitude of restaurant and shops on the port. Seafood restaurants on the doorstep. 5 mins walk to Promenade Anglais.

This apartment was beautifully decorated, well maintained and an ideal place to stay while holidaying in Nice. There is a lovely view of the harbor and close to local amenities ie supermarkets etc. This apartment is 30 minutes walk from the town center, though it is a very nice walk and there a couple of ways to go. Alternatively you can walk 5 minutes and catch the tram, which is very cheap. The management agency are very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment. We stayed there for 2 weeks at the end of July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There are many shops, cafe's and restaurants all within a few hundred meters of the apartment offering great dining with good value.
