Centrally placed between Denia which has a cosmopolitan feel and Javea with its golden beach, hidden coves and thriving night life. We use the the apartment ourselves extensively and have equipped it with all the home comforts e.g. Broadband internet access Books, DVD's, PS2 and Games, Beach toys/inflatables,cool box, etc. Only completed in 2007 the apartment has Air conditioning / Central Heating, Large Balcony with table chairs and sun loungers overlooking a large community pool , separate baby pool, with separate showers and changing rooms. Electric gate entry Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer, microwave and fridge freezer. Cable LCD TV in lounge and main bedroom, DVD and stereo. Private parking space beneath apartment. 24 hour security on La Sella.

La Sella is in the north of the Alicante province 1 hour drive north of Alicante airport and 1 hour drive south of Valencia airport and just 1km of Junction 62 of the A-7 motorway which runs along the cost of the Costa Blanca. Centrally placed to enjoy many costal towns and inland villages. Denia has miles of sandy beach less than 15mins away (by Car). Close to Denia we have Javea which has three areas - the old town, the fishing harbour/port and the Arenal beach. For the less energetic there is the tranquil Jalon Valley where you can pass the day with a glass of local wine. The area enjoys a subtropical Mediterranean Climate with cool sea breezes in the summer and mild temperatures in the winter. The region averages about 3,000 hours of sunshine per year (about 325 day per year) and the average temperature is more than 20 degrees centigrade. About 30-40mins away by car you have the fantastic theme park called Terra Mitica , Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Animal and Sea World.

Denia / La Sella development area: La Sella is an exclusive mature urbanisation with a mix of residential and holiday homes. The LaSella Development has easy access to the 18 hole golf course, 5 star Marriott Hotel, as well as, Horse Riding and Clay Tennis Courts on the development. Within walking distance you have a local Shop , Pharmacy and Restaurant where you will be able to enjoy Spanish cuisine as well as more traditional Pasta, Pizza, etc. Las Jacarandas apartments completed in 2007 and are set up on the hill overlooking the Montgo and bay of Denia. The views reach as far as Valencia on a clear day and can be enjoyed from the patio of the apartment. The picturesque costal towns of Javea, Denia and Moraira are all a short drive away and boast many Restaurants, Shops and Boutiques. Markets are held almost daily in the local villages with numerous traditional stalls and where you can buy wonderful fresh produce.

How to get there: You can fly to either Alicante Airport or Valencia Airport both just 1hr drive. Cheap flights available through Easyjet, Thomson. Thomas cook , Monnarchfly. Flybe, Mytravelite, BA. Car Hire try javea cars.

Golf: The excellent 18 hole championship golf course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal is at the foot of the Montgo Mountain ( 5 mins drive ) where you will find the luxurious La Sella Marriott Hotel that will welcome you as a resident of 'La Sella' to enjoy every luxury you could want . They have 2 restaurants a pool and lobby bar, swimming pools and a great Spa for a true relaxing experience.

We stayed here in May/June 2009.
Obviously one has to start with the views when writing a review about this property. Breathtaking is an understatement! From the beaches of Denia during the day, to the harbour lights of Valencia at night and everything in between it really is beautiful!
And I can hounestly say that the apartment matches the view! We travell all over the world and this must be one of the best places we have stayed in.
From the ever so quiet airconditioner to the completely equiped kitchen and the double bathrooms. It's all there! Clean, well maintained, very friendly welcome by the caretaker. Everything advertised is there and better!
Highly recommendable!

Lovely apartment on La Sella urbanisation

Well thought out compact apartment, well equipped. Carol was always quick to respond to e mails & helpful with advice. Temperature controlled air conditioning made night times comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool which was never particularly busy. Fantastic views from balcony, room to eat out or lounge. Can't really walk to many facilities unless you want to use the small shop & bar on the urbanisation, but supermarket & restaurants 10 minute drive. Car essential. A lovely relaxing holiday with our 2 boys (8&10), who particularly enjoyed the play station & games, & dvd player & selection of dvds.

Lovely & Peaceful!

The apartment was perfect. It was extremely well equiped and had everything you could possibly want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool area was really clean and even though we went in August it was never that busy so it was very peaceful. A perfect base for days out as not too far from the motorway or coastal road for easy access to Javea or the lovely beach at Oliva.
I'd definitely go back and would recommend it!

The apartment was great and the surrounding area very peaceful. The pool was a stones throw away and extremely well maitained - good size as well. The pictures online really didn't do ithe apartment justice and when we arrived it was lovely and clean. It was very well equipped and the children enjoyed the fact it had a T.V, playstation, DVD etc! The terrace had the most amazing views and was lovely to sit out on in the evening. The information left in the apartment was really useful too. Would definately recommend the apartment to others.

We have had an excellent stay and we would like to come back next year. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpfull and provided great customer service. A car is necessary. We would highly recommend this apartment. A
