Villa "2B [to be] at Peter Bay" is a deluxe 4-bedroom waterfront villa, beautifully sited 50' up a verdant hillside above St John's prestigious Peter Bay. Built on several levels, the villa features gorgeous ocean views & enjoys cool tradewinds all year round.

A columned portico ushers guests into the foyer overlooking the breathtaking azure waters. 2B's main level includes a library/office & open-design kitchen, with 6 steps leading to the Great Room & sitting area, ideal for reading, TV, movies, & formal dining. Double French doors lead to an expansive covered gallery with cushioned sofas & alfresco dining for 8, while a wraparound balcony surrounds the gallery amid stunning views. This gracious home is beautifully decorated with casually elegant furnishings, faux-painted frescoed walls & original artwork. 2B's various levels are easy to navigate and provide private nooks for solitude & contemplation.

All 4 air-conditioned suites are widely separated for privacy. Two equal Queen suites are located on opposite sides of the main level, and are graced by a lovely mahogany 4-poster bed, private oceanview balcony & sheltered outdoor shower screened by lush landscaping. A staircase leads from 2B's Great Room to a 3rd Queen suite (identical in size to the other 2 above) & featuring an ornate iron bedstead, tiled inside shower, & private balcony facing the ocean. Another short stairway leads to the exquisite King master suite, set on its own private level. This spacious suite features a massive mahogany bed & a walk-around balcony providing sea vistas. From the master suite, a lighted stone walkway connects to the garden terrace & hot tub area.

2B's private pool/sun deck has numerous chaise lounges for sunbathing & a small cocktail area for two. A stone staircase leads down to the hot tub terrace overlooking Peter Bay's coral reef, with further steps leading along water's edge to the secluded Beach Terrace (perched just 10' above the waves), complete with chaise lounges for enjoying the pristine views. Beyond the Beach Terrace, a shaded path leads to the sugar-white sands of Peter Bay Beach, approximately 100' away - this idyllic beach also has excellent reef snorkeling.

Villa 2B at Peter Bay is beautifully sited within St John's most exclusive & sought-after enclave, yet is only 10 minutes from the charming town of Cruz Bay, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, watersports & interisland ferries. In addition to the intimacy of Peter Bay Beach itself, the villa enjoys excellent proximity to the world-renowned National Park beaches at Cinnamon, Hawksnest & Trunk Bay.

PLEASE NOTE: 2B has a 7-night minimum all year round (except Christmas/New Year's 10 nights). Security Deposit $1,000 (refunded 45 days after trip completion).
