With charming views of Flamands, St Barts, hillside down to Taiwana and the beach, GOZ is a newly constructed two bedroom/two bath villa only two minutes from the beach.

The large living area is composed of two white sofas and features American Satellite, DVD, CD player. The dining area is located off the living area and features a large wooden table which can seat 8-10 comfortably. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped and includes a wine cooler, separate freezer and every amenity to make even the most discerning cook happy. The living, dining and kitchen open to the pool area which has 4 chaises and lovely views of Flamands hillside and the beach. There is also a courtyard located in the back of the living area with sitting and a large gas grill.

The two equal bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area and both have ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, safes, French Satellite/DVD and WiFi. "The bedroom which is located to the right of the pool area has a small room (with air-conditioning) which would be suitable for an infant or teenager if the door to the other bedroom was left open. There is no bath with this room.

GOZ is perfect for two couples and is easily accessed off the main road going down to Flamands and the views are charming over the hillside.
