Very comfortable home in the best area of Lisbon. A one bedroom house, ideal for couples looking for a central, yet modern starting point for a trip to Lisbon. The house was renovated in 2006, by an architect. It's just 20 meters away from the garden of Principe Real and borders on the historical neighbourhood of Bairro Alto. It is not an apartment but an independent house where you can find peace and quiet in the middle of an European capital. Restaurants and bars are close at hand, as well as historical and cultural sites, belvederes and gardens, etc...The beaches are easily accessed by car or train.

Testimonial 'This flat was a very agreable surprise! Its location is excellent, since we are in the heart of the city, within 10 min walk of Rossio, place where any tourist starts his walking discovery of the city. But, if one doesn´t feel like walking, the cabs are near the flat. The flat is ideal for 2, 3 pleople at the most. It's very beautiful,synonym of good taste and it is on a street that is quiet, so one can rest peacefully after a tiring day. The owners, Leonardo and Marta, are very nice, always concerned with the guests welfare and very helpful. Problably, one of the best places to stay in Lisbon, if one doesn't want an hotel.'
Testimonial 'Tout est absolument parfait au sein de cet appartement: il est meublé avec goût, dans un style contemporain et est très fonctionnel. Très lumineux dès le matin, il est refait à neuf et dispose de tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter: machine à laver la vaisselle et le linge, fer à repasser, réfrigérateur, grille-pain, presse-agrume, télévision, chaine hi-fi... Chacun se sentira chez soi en étant à deux pas du Barrio Alto ( quartier des petites rues les plus vivantes de Lisbonne pour les bars et restaurants) et en bénéficiant du silence de la rue et de l'immeuble ( puisque l'appartement est en fait une petite maison sans voisins en dessous ou au dessus..). Il donne quasiment sur la place Principe Real, ombragée et typique, tout en étant à 20 mètres d'une station de taxi ( sachant que toute course en ville vous coute au maximum 4 à 5 euros si vous restez dans le grand centre).
'Welcomed by Leonardo and Marta with fruit and flowers. A very good choice for a couple who wants to be close to the center of tourist Lisbon, but in a private home. We enjoyed this recently updated, ultra clean, well-equipped flat in a traditional neighborhood. Bakery, restaurants, bus stop(s) and taxi stand in close proximity.'

'The apartment is perfectly situated 20 meters from the beautiful Principe Real garden and just 2 minutes walking distance from Bairro Alto, the old quarter with numerous restaurants and bars. This is a very stylish and newly furbished apartment with all amenities required. The owners are extremely polite and helpful. They have provided many touristic guides and can help you with everything. In addition, you can always find a free place to park your car nearby. I strongly recommend this excellent apartment.'
