Second floor apartment (40sq metres). One bedroom (with borrowed light off living room) with built in wardrobes. Galley style kitchen. Bathroom. All modern appliances, washing machine, fridge freezer, 'Sky' TV, iron, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, electric hob. Dining area with table and 5 chairs. The living space includes two 3 seater sofas (one of which converts to a double bed) There is also a pull down single bed which equals 5 bed spaces in total, this offers excellent quality for a budget price!

Local amenities and things to do

Coast/Beach: Only one minute walk from the beach. Beautiful sandy beaches with restaurant facilities with waiter service while you sun bathe. Skiing: Sierra Nevada (1996 World Ski Championship Hosts) is two hours drive from the apartment. Golf: Close proximity to many excellent Golf Courses including the Ryder Cup Course at Valderrama. Travel: Malaga airport is only 20 minute drive away (Taxi and Train service available). Car is not essential as the apartment close to all amenities and public services. Distances: One minute to all facilities in Los Boliches, 5 minutes to Fuengirola, 10 minutes drive to Mijas village and 30 minutes drive to Marbella.
