This is a 40 sq. m. studio apartment with separate partitioned bedroom with borrowed light, situated in the highly desirable Los Boliches area of Fuengirola, Costa Del Sol. The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons (when utilising pull down beds in living room), it is suitable for a family of 5 when the children can use the living room as sleeping accommodation but not really suitable for 5 adults. The apartment boasts all modern amenities including lift access and portable air conditioning unit. The area has an impressive selection of restaurants from around the world including French, Argentinian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Indian in addition to the local speciality fish restaurants. If it’s a taste of traditional Spanish culture you’re after, then head for the Bullring in Fuengirola town or visit the numerous local festivals and markets all year round.

  • The internal bedroom with borrowed light from the living room has a good size built in wardrobe. The apartment is cooled by a semi-mobile free standing air conditioning unit, with automatic cut off when the water reservoir is full, this needs to be emptied after approx 6-8 hours continual use. The apartment is suitable for up to a family of 5 when the living room sleeping accommodation can be used for 3 children, it is not really suitable for 5 adults.

Just returned from a great week at this accommodation. Situated in a great street with a lovely view of bustling urban streetscape and mountains and only about 200 yards from the beech. Plenty of great bars and cafes on your doorstep and satelite TV in the apartment. The owners live upstairs and are always available to answer queries and give advice on what to see and do. I will definitely return. If you go, don't miss the amazing Japanese restaurant around the corner--fantastic.

this apartment i would recommend to anyone,. it is located a stones throw from beach out the door turn the corner cross the road and your at it, its five minute walk to main pub square just far enough to get sleep if you want to and close enough to walk back if not. ideal for disabled as well as fitted out well. plenty to see and do nearby, shops, food all a stones throw, the little bar at end of street as you come out right on door is very friendly and has entertainment most nights, i will be back again next year if not sooner, the owners are really nice friendly and very helpful. the map they give takes you to the door, very straight forward, have seen the other two apartments which are larger and they really nice to,i stayed between 1st and 8th october 2008, and happy to stay anytime i go to spain, cannot comment on pets as had didnt ask as not needed.

had a wonderful holiday in this apartment .location could not have been any better. all the facilities we needed were close by .only two minutes walk to beach bars and restaurants .what more could anyone want we would not hesitate in booking this property again

Myself and my two teenagers have just returned from a lovely week in this apartment . The location is excellent with easy access to the beach,restaurants,supermarkets and the weekly markets.
The apartment itself is spotlessly clean ,has five bedspaces,a double bedroom built within the main living area that give my girls the privacy they required and a chance to sleep on in the mornings while I used the very comfortable double sofabed. The kitchenette is more than adequate for holiday cooking ,the bathroom clean and fresh,a delight to use with constant hot water.In all I found the owner Michael and his wife Anne a delight to deal with,they are open and friendly, answered my emails and telephone queries immediately and confirmed travel and access arrangements within two days.
The apartment has five bed spaces ,the layout is ideal for my family size ( one adult + two 14 year old girls) but I would have no hesitation in recommending it for a younger family (couple + 3 children) or adult singles who dont mind sharing.
Lift access and the location also make it suitable for the elderly.
The apartment is described as "Budget" I would say excellent value. Would I recommend it? In a word yes. I was so impressed I have booked it again for July 2008 and my brother has already been speaking to Michael to book for himself and his teenage family this season.
