The villa MAP, well known as a 1 bedroom (AQA), has been turned into a 4 bedroom villa. This quiet, quaint villa with an elegant colonial style is located in Petite Saline. It offers great views of Lorient Bay, the surroundings islands of St. Marteen, Anguilla and mountains.The villa is built on different levels, which provides privacy for the bedrooms with large and sunny terraces all around. The mix of the white natural stone, clapboard and wooden décor offers a relaxing and tranquil ambiance.
In the main cottage, there is a brand new gourmet kitchen with nice pastoral views, opening outdoors and onto the living room and dining area. Across the living room, is the master bedroom with a walk-in dressing closet, an ensuite bathroom with double sink, and a 4-poster queen size bed.
On the large wooden and natural white stone terrace, you will enjoy dining in the covered part or relaxing on the sofa, overlooking the great views. The second bedroom is nestled a few steps below the main cottage with a small private terrace, green tiled ensuite bathroom, 4-poster king size bed and netting for a romantic and private feeling. The third level is lower on the other side, facing the lush tropical garden. Walking through the wooden terrace, the third bedroom has a marine feeling with its mix of soft blue colors, it has a small cute ensuite bathroom and a 4-poster king size bed. Just beside, is the fitness room. The large pool with green and sparkling tile perfectly mixes with the surrounding countryside. The pool area is situated a few steps below the villa with a large deck and a gazebo which allow guests to enjoy this area in both sun and shade. Recently, a fourth bedroom has been renovated. It is nice, contemporary studio with a small living room with kitchenette, a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
