Villa KID, located in Pointe Milou, St Barts, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool. Stone steps lead to the villa that opens to a large living and dining area facing a spectacular view over the ocean and the surrounding islands. On the main level, to the left, a large living room invites you to relax in large comfortable off-white sofas while admiring the fascinating view. To the front, this space opens up onto an exterior living area with cappuccino colored furnishings. To the right, the dining area has a modern glass table for eight, overlooking the ocean. At the back, a bar with orange stools separates the well-equipped kitchen from the dining area. The terrace surrounds the infinity pool and offers various lounge areas, including a standing covered hammock and over-sized cushions for taking a nap or enjoying beautiful year round sunsets.

The master bedroom is situated next to the living room and faces the ocean. This nicely decorated bedroom in white and green with a Queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom is located on the lower level and features a 4-poster King-size bed, a cozy living area with two white armchairs, and a large ensuite bathroom with a shower with soft pebbles. Enjoy an additional exterior living area with a day bed, perfect for sunbathing or reading.
