Villa SIB TCK has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool. Perched above Flamands beach, St Barts, this recently built and elegant villa offers a wonderful view over the entire bay of Flamands and the surrounding islands.

The living room is spacious and bright, opening to the large terrace with ocean view. It is decorated with contemporary white sofas and exotic wood furniture. The large gourmet kitchen is at the back and separated by a breakfast bar. Next door, on the left, the outside covered dining area with a large dark wooden table invites you to enjoy nice dinners with friends while admiring the view.

The two bedrooms are equal in size and well decorated with light colored wood furniture. Both open to the terrace with the incredible ocean view and feature king size beds and ensuite bathrooms
with outdoor showers. The master bedroom is located next door to the living room. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side in a separate cottage.

The large terrace, which surrounds the medium size infinity pool, offers different areas to enjoy the soft ocean breezes, such as a comfortable living area to relax, a sunbathing sofa bed to take a nap or lounge chairs to read, while listening to the sounds of the waves.
