The essence of the Green House is the minimalist interior decoration and the impressive panoramic views. The house guarantees complete relax and quiet. There are also two wonderful outside spaces to enjoy: a big terrace of 25 square meters, from which you can watch the sunset, the luminous bay of Atrani with its lovely tiny beach and the high cliffs studded with ancient buildings and thriving gardens; an enchanting roof garden of 15 square meters with pergola which dominates the eastern side of Amalfi’s Gulf. The bright double bedroom leads to the terrace; the living room, with a rollaway cooking corner and a sofa bed, leads to the roof garden. The bathroom is decorated with local handmade ceramics. Services: self catering, 1 double bedroom and a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped outdoor spaces (lawn chairs, tables, parasol), private parking space, walk-in shower, linen, blankets and towels. Linen change every seven days.

Our beautiful apartment is located in Atrani, the most picturesque seafaring village, and on one of the most striking spots on the Amalfi Coast, 30km distant from Salerno, 200m from Amalfi and 5km from Ravello. The view which unfolds before the visitor is one of great beauty and charm: a cliff top studded with ancient buildings, majolica-tiled domes twinkling in the sunlight, a Moresque bell tower, two idyllic beaches, an imposing massif that rises from the sea; that all sit wedged between the vast expanse of sky and sea. Our spacious and elegant apartment offers our visitor the best in comfort and a peaceful ambiance which will delight and enliven the soul and regenerate the senses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental period can start and finish any day of the week.
    For stay of at least 14 days, a reduction of 10% is applied on the above tariffs.
    A deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival (damage cover). This deposit will be returned upon check-out. To confirm the reservation, a payment of one third (1/3) of the total amount of the stay is required, by wire transfer. The outstanding balance is due on arrival.
    Check in time: from 01.00 pm to 04.00 pm.
    Check out time: 11.00 am.
    CANCELLATION POLICY: the sum payed to confirm the reservation will be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival upon receiving a letter (by e-mail or fax). No refund will be given for 'no-shows'. There won't be any refund in case of an early departure during the stay.
    Extra linen and towel change on request: Euro 10,00 per person.
    Cleaning of the apartment on request: Euro 15,00 per hour.
    Final cleaning fee: Euro 40,00.
    Daily cost parking: Euro 15,00.

As we expressed in your guest book we were really feeling at home in your very comfortable, beautiful and fresh appartement. Your wife met us in a very friendly and welcoming way at our arrival and although we arrived too early in the morning, she had fixed so we could get in at once. There were even some nice supplies in the kitchen, which helped us to ajust before getting down to the shops. We also thank you for your helpful advices about getting to Atrani and back to Naples before our departure.
We were very satisfied about living in Atrani instead of Amalfi. It was so quiet and calm and yet so interesting and nice. Most of the evenings (even at the end of Octobre) we could sit out on one of the beautiful terraces and we also had our breakfasts there. We could also swim at the beach, which we could look at right down from one of the terraces.
We were happy about not having a car with us. The traffic situation on the Amalfi coast is really not like what we are used to. But there are so many convenient and frequent bus connections to a lot of interesting places along the coast and up in the mountains, so you really don´t need a car here. Until the end of Octobre you can also go to Capri by boat over a day.
We warmly recommend this appartement to couples without serious physical handicaps because of all the steps you have to manage in order to reach the appartement. We really look forward to visit this place again.

I hesitate to write this review as I would prefer it to be a secret. We booked for 3 nights but ended up cancelling our following booking so we could stay for 10 nights. We were met at the bus by the charming Sylvana and Brunhilda who took us into their friendly care and from then on we instantly relaxed. The apartments were clean, cool and decorated with delightful detail. The location was excellent as it is close enough to Amalfi to walk but far enough to escape. The view captured us every day and we had to tear ourselves away to do all the things available like walking the lemon filled hills, kayaking the blue waters and of course eating the fabulous food. All of this and such gorgeous hostesses made our stay here perfetto!

Awesome Atrani apartment

The Green House is a great apartment... and we've stayed in quite a few over the past 3 months of traveling.

Excellent location, amazing views, stylish decor, and an extremely well equipped kitchen for those keen to enjoy some local produce and prepare some meals at home. The 'smaller touches' also really helped make our stay enjoyable - a fridge stocked with water, milk, lemons, jams, and biscuits when we arrived, and a pile of magazines and paperbacks to read.

We'll be back one day...

Weeding holiday in Green House

We spent our wedding holiday in Atrani in September 2009. This was best choice. We've never been before in Italy, but I'm sure, this must be one of most beautiful place in all country.

Peoples are very friendly and helpful. Perfect coffee, delicious Italian food (pizza, lasagna, mixed sea food, many kind of cheese, etc), and of course I have to mention WINE :)

No words to describe how fabulous was the apartment and the view.

My thanks to Antonio, Brunhilde and their mother for making us feel so welcome. And also many thanks to Agnes, who offered this lovely place. Hope, we'll be able to celebrate our first wedding anniversary in Atrani :D

Wonderful Holiday

We have visited Italy many times and always had a lovely time. Atrani however was in a different league entirely. A beautiful town where we relaxed and soaked in the wonderful atmosphere. The Green House is exceptional. Incredible views from both balconies - in fact breathtaking - where we were able to soak up the sunshine and the atmosphere. The interior design is beautiful. The description was spot on, in fact you have to be there to enjoy it to the full. Images alone cannot do the apartment justice. Our best holiday so far in Italy. Very highly recommended.
