Villa La Maison Rouge (SIB LMR) has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated pool and a heated Jacuzzi. Located on St Jean, St Barts, hillside overlooking the ocean and the countryside.This large contemporary villa is very colorful both inside and outside giving it a tropical modern spirit. Living room and connecting kitchen in red tones open onto the large terrace and the pool facing St Jean Bay and the countryside. This room is entirely air-conditioned with large and comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV with American and French Satellite and a DVD player. The gourmet kitchen located on the back of this room is very bright. There is a skylight that gives a very open feeling. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a large bar with stools and a small dining area sitting four people.

The master bedroom is located next to the living room and opens to the terrace and the pool. This bedroom is decorated in a nice turquoise color with contemporary furniture. A small private terrace offers clients privacy to enjoy a drink or have a peaceful moment. The ensuite bathroom connected by the dressing area has a double vanity and outdoor and indoor showers. The second bedroom is located on the same level but in a separate bungalow with an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a shower. This bedroom is decorated in green and royal purple. The third bedroom is located on the lower level of the terrace, close to the Jacuzzi and opens onto a private terrace facing the view. It has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a shower in red and grey. The large terrace offers a covered dining area sits eight people, and some lounge chairs surround the large heated pool and the heated Jacuzzi.

This villa is ideal for St Jean lovers, within a short distance to stores, restaurants and the beach.
