• Long Winter Lets may be available between the months of October to March at special 'reduced rates'. Prices and Details on request. This property has proved very popular with guests and was fully booked forthe past 3 Years. Bookings now being taken for 2008! Book early to avoid disappointment.

The Holiday accommodation on offer is conveniently situated 2km from the Beaches of Moraira and approx 8km from Javea. Both Towns boast beautiful coastlines, spectacular mountain ranges and relatively unspoilt and quiet ambience. Moraira lies in a bay and is ideal for all year round visiting. It offers a wide variety of Shops, Restaurants and Historic Buildings. Javea is split into three main areas, the historic Town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional fishing port which has its own marina and the 'Arenal' the bustling heart with beautiful sandy beaches and a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants.
