This comfortable spacious holiday accommodation is situated in a quiet area with fantastic Sea Views only 2km from the Beaches of Moraira. The Property on offer for holiday rental is on the ground level of a Private Villa. The accommodation comprises of a Spacious Lounge with dining area, One LargeFamily Bedroom, Fully equipped Kitchen and Shower Room with Sink and WC. The Property has its own entrance and Parking area, Private sunny Terrace overlooking the pretty well established Gardens and panoramic Sea Views. There is a Private Kidney shaped Swimming Pool with Terraces for Sun Bathing. Please note the upper level is used purely by the owners when in residence therefore the upper level will be unoccupied for between July - beginning of September. Holiday guests during this period will have complete privacy. The lower level is available all year and has a Wireless Internet Connection if required.

Moraira & Javea: The Holiday accommodation on offer is conveniently situated 2km from the Beaches of Moraira and approx 8km from Javea. Both Towns boast beautiful coastlines, spectacular mountain ranges and relatively unspoilt and quiet ambience. Moraira lies in a bay and is ideal for all year round visiting. It offers a wide variety of Shops, Restaurants and Historic Buildings. Javea is split into three main areas, the historic Town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional fishing port which has its own marina and the 'Arenal' the bustling heart with beautiful sandy beaches and a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants.

Nearby areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: The Property is less than one hour away by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. My husband and I have stayed in this appartment/villa in Moraira 4 times now as we think it provides brilliant value for money for a couple or a smaller group.

The description matches the reality and all appliances and mod cons are available for use. There's some very thoughtful touches, such as a supply of novels to dip into when you've finished the ones you brought.

The appartment is the the lower level of a bigger villa and we've always visited in July or August when the owners have been away. The exclusive use of the pool is a real bonus and makes you feel as if you've got a very good deal for the price.

Location wise, its very pretty, with some lovely views of the sea and the area. However, although its only 2 km from the beach, those 2 kms are up quite a steep hill, and although people do walk it, we have always used the car. Similarly, its 2 km from the town of Moraira where the main restaurants and shops are, so again, unless you're very fit or just eager, use of a car is essential. Parking can be tricky as the villa is on a steep slope and we have had a couple of scrapes, but for any vehicle with a good ground clearance it should be fine. A small 4x4 would be ideal (but not necessary - we use a Toyota Yaris!)

Also, because its on a hill, there are quite a few steps up to the entrance and around the side to the pool and the gardens, so anyone with difficulty walking should take this into consideration. Inside however, all the rooms are on the one level.

In the 4 years we have visited we have needed to ring the owners a couple of times and each time their help has solved any minor issue we may have had (not being able to find something etc). Contact before you leave is also very good, in providing clear directions and offering to arrange airport pick ups.

I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to my friends (and in fact I have done, although not until we have booked the weeks we want!!), and I'm sure that we will be returning for a 5th visit!

An excellent property, extremely good value

My partner and I (both 30) booked this villa for 10 days in August 2008. We were very pleasantly surprised at the excellent location of the property; the views of the sea and surrounding mountains were stunning. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and tidy, with more than enough space for 2 people. Very well equipped kitchen (only small gripe was the lack of lighting at the BBQ area and around the pool). The biggest bonus was the exclusive use of the pool and gardens, which were both fantastic, and which you certainly don't get with other options for 2 people abroad. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short drive away from the lovely town of Moraira. Plenty more nice towns and ports within easy reach, and some great sights to see inland as well. Car hire very definitiely necessary, as the villa is situated at the top of a very long and steep set of roads. The directions to the villa were easy to follow, even at night, and there was lots of useful info at the property about the surrounding area. To be recommended is the Fonts d'Algar - a natural waterfall about half an hour's drive away - the local beaches at El Portet, and El Canis, a lovely little authentic Spanish restaurant at Benemarco. All in all, very good value and a lovely place to relax, and we would most definitely return to Calle Benares in the future. Many thanks
