Well appointed 3 bedroom villa including self-contained studio annexe in central Deia. Private Pool. Tastefully decorated. 5 Minute walk from the various local bars, restaurants shops and the historic church. The main house sleeps 6 comfortably with room for up to two in the fully equipped studio annexe with bathroom, shower and small kitchen unit. Main Bedroom has an extra large double bed and en-suite bathroom, separate dressing and lounge area. There is also a private sun terrace off this bedroom with stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains and distant sea views. Off street secure parking for 2 cars . Bedrooms 2 & 3 are decorated in traditional Mallorcan style with a touch of contemporary and can accommodate 2 adults in each room (twin bedded), adjacent to a spacious family bathroom. All main house bedrooms have air-conditioning and central heating. There is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room with usual fixtures.
