Villa SIB SEG in Marigot, St Barts has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool. It offers a nice view over the ocean, Marigot Bay and Tortue Island.

This contemporary villa has been entirely redecorated in a minimalist style using Mia Zia house linens. The villa is composed of two cottages. In the main cottage, you will find living, kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen and living area share the same room. A large counter separates the living from the gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless appliances. The living is comfortable and colorful . It opens onto the terrace and offers a nice ocean view. The two air-conditioned bedrooms are located on each side of the living room and are equal size. The third bedroom is located in a separate cottage and is similar to the other bedrooms. All offer a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and face the ocean view.

The front terrace invites you to relax in the deckchairs while admiring the view. The back terrace is dedicated to the swimming pool and offers a total privacy. Two dining areas located in both terraces are perfect for nice dinners with friends.
