Luxurious one-bedroom apartment situated within a magnificent gated golfing village in the heart of Provence. The apartment has one bedroom, one bath/shower room with washing machine, one toilet and a living room together with a large terrace (24 square metres) looking down on the communal pool with a magnificent view of the hills. The terrace has two sunbeds and al fresco dining for four people. The living room has a sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs and kitchen units including an oven, hob and dishwasher. A Pierre et Vacance village is located on the estate with restaurants, bars, shops, 2 huge pools, tennis courts, horse riding and an open-air theatre. You can also explore the charming hilltop villages of Provence including Gordes, Oppiede, Lourmarin and the larger centres of Aix and Avignon are 25 minutes away. The apartment is not suitable for young children.

General Details: The apartment is located in a gated development, the Pont Royal Golf & Country Club, with a world-class 18 hole Championship Golf Course (designed by Severiano Ballesteros), and a 5-star holiday village with wave pool, swimming pool, small provencal village square with restaurants, grocery shop, beauty salon, and a range of sporting activities for adults and children.

Le Hameau des Trois Collines: The apartment has a large terrace with a great view of the Provencal hills, including the Luberon. It is located in a small complex, Le Hameau des Trois Collines, which is within the Pont Royal Golf and Country Club estate. The complex is the perfect base for exploring the Luberon and the towns and villages, including Aix, Marseille, Avignon, Orange, Nimes, The Camargue etc. and is just 30 minutes drive from Marseille airport.

Our lovely little luxury apartment in Pont Royal

This beautiful apartment is in Pont Royal which is just 40 minutes from Marseille airport -motoways and dual carriage ways make this a very easy and stressfree drive. Once in Pont Royal you'll find that the apartment is really well located, in the newest area of development, It is far enough away from the village to avoid the hustle and bustle, but near enough to it to be part of it. The views from it are breathtaking and our greatest pleasure was enjoying our evening meal, and the views of the hills, outside on the large well equipped terrace. Opening the shutters, on the terrace, in the morning was also wonderful - breakfast in the warm provencal sun with the enormous and sparsely populated infinity pool below enticing us to swim.The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated - all bright and fresh with lots of light streaming in. The sofa bed in the living room was large and very comfortable indeed. Great for small families, of all ages, and for golfing enthisasts - the Golf course is just a short distance away. Join your husband for lunch when he completes his round - the clubhouse restaurant is great! And don't miss the market that comes to the village once a week. There are so many places within 45 minutes drive from here that you would need to stay a month to see them all. The Bull games in Arles (animals not harmed), the magnificent Pont du Gard, built by the romans, the excitment and wierdness of the papal city of Avignon during the festival, the numerous beautiful villages and the city of Aix en Provence..
We were very happy here and would highly recommend this property.
