New Generation II is located near the Pampelonne Beach and the village of St Tropez, a modern and refined house. Only 600 meters from the beach (a 10 minute walk) and 2kms from the village (a 3 minute drive).

This property is set in 5000m2 of grounds, with a surrounding wall, and a creative and well-kept garden with beautiful trees… The Japanese garden at the front of the house immediately brings to mind the word: ZEN.

The 300m2 house offers a bright, spacious ground floor, which is very easy to get around, with living, dining area and kitchen, along with two of the bedrooms. Upstairs, the first floor is split into the other two bedrooms, which open out onto a beautiful burnished terrace/solarium with views of the pool, garden and countryside.

This villa sleeps 8 people.

The security deposit is €1,000, plus WIMCO holds a credit card with clients signature on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred.
