This quiet development is 20 minutes from Gibraltar, and 1 hour from Malaga and Jerez, with its own swimming pool and gardens. Ideal for summer holiday rental, our apartment is on the first floor with views across a nature reserve and River to the sea and Gibraltar. The development is in the Marina area of Sotogrande within walking distance of the marina, restaurants and bars, tennis and the beach. World class golf courses are within 10 minutes drive. Sleeps 6. The apartment has three bedrooms (one double and 2 twins) each with its own bathroom fitted to high quality with Roco and Grohe fitments. Cots available. Air-conditioned, fully equipped, with satellite and cable TV, and in a secure gated community. Underground parking for 2 cars. For self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped with Neff appliances: dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine. The living room has seating for 8 people. The dining room accommodates 8 with seating for 6 on the terrace

A top notch choice for an apartment rental in Sotogrande. We loved our stay there in all respects. When arranging for the rental the owners were very helpful and provided a great description of the property, maps, directions and were fully available for any questions we had.

The apartment was very clean, was tastefully decorated and well equipped and in particular it was in an excellent location with beautiful peaceful views and a quiet well-sized common pool.

I think the appartment is one of the highest quality better presented appartments in the Puerto de Sotogrande and is definitely is good value for money. It has the beach at walking distance as well as the shops and excellent restaurants in the area which make it ideal to gowith children. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Sotogrande and we'll definitely be back to stay there on our next stay.

Sunshine, Luxury and Relaxation

If you want somewhere to go that has lovely weather, stunning surroundings and offers a luxury, relaxing atmosphere, then this villa is for you. The villa itself and the internal decor is modern, clean and very tastefully done. When we arrived we could not believe how large the villa was and in all the time we were there, we only met one person in the pool!
Sotogrande is a charming place to stay for a relaxing holiday and with Gibraltar (20 minutes) Puerto Banus (45 minutes) and Marbella (60 minutes) away, visiting multiple Spanish resorts is done with ease. The drive from the airport is not only well directed by the villas owners but for someone driving for the first time in Spain on the wrong side of the road (for people visiting from the UK) - it was actually far simpler than I had anticipated.
I absolutely, 100% would recommend this charming villa to anyone looking for sunshine, relaxation and sheer luxury.
