The Parque Marbella complex is located in the heart of Marbella just 200 metres from the beach and 15 mnutes stroll from Marbella Old Town. It is a perfect location to base yourself in Marbella because, unless you're planning to travel outside Marbella, you don't need to have a car. Both self catering apartments are 3 bedroom with two bathrooms and perfect for families, couples or groups of adults. Both apartments are newly renovated, one in 2004 and the other in 2008 so they are bright and comfortable. The complex is all privately owned and about 60% residential. It is completely secure with only key holders having access. Nearby there are bars and plenty of restaurants. There are two supermarkets close-by as well as a bakery for your morning fresh bread. For those wanting to shop you can browse the many small shops and boutiques in Marbella town or travel to El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus (4 miles, approx eur10 by taxi) or the La Canaida Mall (approx eur7 by taxi).

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was completely renovated in 2004. All rooms have individual climate control. The main bedroom has an en-suite with large walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. The spacious living room opens out onto east facing balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor and overlooks the pools and the park. The complex itself is quiet and about 60% residential. It has 24 hour security and can only be accessed by key holders. It has two main pools as well as a small kiddies pool. It is just 200 metres from the beach and 10-15 minutes stroll from Old Town. Nearby there is everything you'll need from bars & restaurants to supermarkets, off-licence, bakery, coffee shops, Internet cafe, all of which means there is no need to have a car unless you want to travel out of Marbella. Car parking is available in the complex for a weekly charge of €60
