The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with fully equipped open kitchen, a finished basement with one bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. In the living room nice modern furniture with wide screen TV , DVD player and stereo. Sleeps up to 10 people and space for more beds. The villa is built on 4775 acres and is surrounded by a nice green lawn, completely fenced and further down olive trees. There is a private above ground swimming pool and a basketball court behind the house and there are lots of flowers around the house. From the terrace with luxurious furniture (sits 10) you have a stunning view over the sea and the island. The villa is at walking distance the village Politika with nice shops and restaurants (about 10 minutes) There are many nice trips to make in the area all within 90 minutes, such as waterfalls, beautiful sandy beaches, natural spa's and more. The villa has a fire place and electrical heating and is suitable for all year round living
