Saint-Tropez holiday villa: France

This exquisite property is situated in a peaceful location just below Gassin village. The villa is set on a very attractive landscaped garden with lawns, trees, lavenders and flowers.

It has been decorated throughout in a sophisticated Venetian style with lots of attention to detail. The interiors have been finished to a very high standard.

A large terrace is surrounding the villa, which is accessible from all the ground floor rooms. There is a large dining and sitting area on the terrace from where one can enjoy eating or relaxing whilst enjoying the lovely views over the countryside. The very attractive pool area is slightly further away from the house.

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with its balcony and satellite TV, a double twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom which can be accessed from outside or via the master bedroom.

This is a perfect villa for a small group wanting to be in a quiet area and in a villa with lots of charm and character.

DISTANCES: Gassin is 2 minutes, Pampellone Beach is 10 minutes, St. Tropez is 12 minutes, Toulon/Hyères Airport is 50 minutes and the Nice Airport is 90 minutes.

In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
