Beautiful new house with pool in peaceful surroundings
Our beautiful house is conveniently situated about 30 minutes drive from Orlando airport and only 15 minutes from Disney. Situated on a large plot, it has 2 master suites with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms plus 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. With a large lounge/dining room and separate family room there is plenty of living space and it is all newly furnished. The kitchen is extremely spacious with a table and also a breakfast bar area. There is also a separate, fully equipped laundry room. The house is fully air conditioned and the main rooms also have ceiling fans. The telephone is available with free calls. Outside there are gardens, a large screened patio and of course a private pool, which can be heated if required. The location is very convenient for all local attractions, but provides a great environment to relax in. The property is on a large plot and is not overlooked. At the rear there is a grassy rise shielding it from the view of surrounding houses.

Wildflower ridge is convenient for the airports, close to the theme parks and attractions and yet in a tranquil location. The house is only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and about 45 miinutes from Sandford Airport. Disney World is a 15 minute drive away. Universal Studios, Sea World and several other parks are also within 30 minutes drive. The Champions Gate Golf Resort with 2 championship courses designed by Greg Norman is about 5 miles away. There are dozens of other fine golf courses within a 20 minute journey. The sun and sand of the Florida beaches can be reached in a hour.
