Golf courses in the Algarve are spectacular. As well as the Vila Sol 27 hole championship course which this property is situated on, there is also The Laguna, The Millennium, The Old Course, Pinhal & Victoria courses within a 5/10 minute drive.
Just 15-20 mins away are Vale de Lobo Ocean & Royal courses, Quinta de Lago North & South courses, Pinheiros Altos and San Lorenzo.
Slightly further away, but still within a 45 minute drive there are numerous courses including Rio Formosa, palmares, Balaia, Pine Cliffs, Salgados, Alto, Pastana, Penina, Gramacho, Pinta, Silves Golf and Vale do Milho.

Numerous gorgeous beaches to visit and plenty of historic sites of interest around Faro, Lagos and Silves. See the size of the boats floating in the Marina! For kids: 2 children's pools, enormous children's water park (Aqua show) just 5 mins away, Zoo Marine, karting, horse riding are all local, If you have young babies/toddlers we can arrange for you to hire all your baby equipment - travel cot, pushchair, car seats, high chair, beach parasols etc. We can also arrange for you to purchase all your English baby supplies ie pampers, English baby milks, Heinz baby food jars and have everything waiting for you in the property when you arrive. So don't struggle with limited luggage allowances.
Luxury relaxation:
There are four loungers provided on the spacious south facing terrace. There is the Vila Sol Spa for a total pampering session. Within the hotel there are award winning restaurants as well as bars where you can relax with a cocktail or a light snack. For extra comfort during your afternoon siesta we have electric shutters on the windows and patio doors to help block out the sunlight if required. In Vilamoura Marina there are some fabulous restaurants with a huge choice of international cuisine, plus some lovely boutique type shops. Just 10 mins away in Almancil is the Apolonia supermarket where you can get many of your English home comfort foods.
