Recently renovated 30m sunny self-contained studio accessed by small steps down to garden level. White studio room with terracotta floor, two single beds, bedside table, wooden dining table with two chairs, 1 cupboard with 2 hanging rails, two chests of drawers. Sunny en-suite showeroom with window, double sinks, shower unit, large mirror with halogen lighting, radiator and w.c. Fully equipped independent kitchen with electric hob and extractor fan, sink, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board. French TV with DVD player. Private terrace with table, chairs and parasol for outside dining. Floodlit boules area with view of Cannes' harbour & Lerins islands. South facing swimming pool shared with discrete owners, with sun loungers and parasols. Garden with palm trees. Car necessary. Secure parking. Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels included. Washing machine and dryer available on request. Sorry but no animals accepted as owners have two cats. Welcome pack on arrival.

The studio is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Les Adrets village, which has two mini supermarkets, pharmacy, a wonderful patisserie, tourist office, post office, a central village bar/cafe with shady terrace and various restaurants. Walking & jogging trails through the hills, cycling, horse riding and tennis courts are all nearby. The village is surrounded by stunning scenery and views onto the Mediterannean, with a selection of sandy beaches with water sports, boat hire and sailing just 20 minutes drive away. There are numerous Provencal markets and famous hilltop villages of Mougins, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence to visit as well as Roman ruins & an amphitheatre at Frejus. Excellent fishing at the nearby St Cassien lake as well as 4 golf courses a short drive away. Cannes is a 20 minutes drive where you can catch a ferry to St Tropez, or visit the local Lerins islands which can be seen from the house. Monaco and Italy are one hour's drive or train ride from our local railway station.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We ask for 30% deposit in euros using the PayPal system at the time of your booking to reserve the dates you require. The balance is payable either in cash Euros, or by a French cheque, upon your arrival.
    A retainer of 150 euros cash, or by a French cheque is also required at the time of your arrival to cover the cost of our keys and the remote control to our electric gates, and any damages that may be incurred, this is refunded to you at the time of your departure providing the studio is left in good order, - we do not charge for small accidental breakages. Cancellations cannot be refunded unless the studio is re-booked, in which case we will refund your deposit back to you via PayPal.

    Rentals run from 1500 hours on arrival. Departure time is 10.00 hours.

Great base to explore the area

This was a great studio with lovely gardens a nice private patio and a wonderful swimming pool which we enjoyed on many occasions. It is in a fantastic location with various hill top villages and many luxurious ports to visit.

The Owners are very friendly and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. They a full of great tips on places to visit (all of which we loved) and couldnt have been more helpful.

We wouldnt think twice about revisiting a secound time as the studio is great value for money and everything you need for a fab holiday in the region.

My wife and i stayed at the studio early june for a week , the studio was of an excellent standard and the garden and pool area was top notch ,a great base for exploring the area. David and karina were great hosts and made us feel at home .
we enjoyed our stay although to short , we will have no hesitation in booking again when we revisit the area.

A Room with a View

The details on the web site do not do justice to this wonderful little treasure. The whole of our weeks stay was perfect, the studio, facilities, pool and the views were 5 star.Its location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short drive to all the popular areas.The untouched little village was tourist free with an irresistible patisserie and excellent general store. The genuine hospitality and friendship shown by David and Karina only enhanced our stay and it was like saying goodbye to new friends when we left.
Will re-visit !!!

We had a lovely week in the apartment! Made very welcome, VERY helpful! The apartment is in a lovely little village - where you really feel as though you are in France - as there are no tourists around!

We went travelling every day - we drove 3500 miles, using the apartment as our base - even popping into Italy!!!

The scenery is fantastic!!!

One word of advice though - if you are arriving on the Saturday evening - remember shops aren't readily available on sunday or monday - so get your shopping done as soon as you arrive - or on route!!!

Really fantastic time!!! Thankyou!!! And hope you had a good birthday!"!!!

We were amazed at the amount of driving you did!!! Should mention that although our village shops close on Monday's which is often the case in France, they are all open on Sunday mornings and our local shopping Mall, a short drive away, is also open on Monday's.

Dear Karina and David,

Just a note to say a big ‘thank you’ for your fantastic hospitality. Our 2nd vacation at the studio was just as our first – the perfect place to ‘chill out’ in a first class setting with beautiful views overlooking Cannes. The studio had everything we needed, almost a home from home, very well equipped to the highest standards, peaceful and quiet with the added bonus being the use of your lovely pool. Our 2 weeks flew past, mainly spent on the beach interspersed with trips to Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo, Fayence and other places of interest that you recommended. Many thanks for letting us share your home, you are the perfect hosts – we look forward to our next visit.
