Our villa is located on the beautiful wooded headland of Costa Nova.
Our Villa is located on the beautiful wooded headland of Costa Nova, a few kilometers south of the main Town of Javea. Javea area is truly an area for all tastes. The beautiful old Moorish town yearns to be explored. There are stunning views from various vantage points around the headland (walking distance) to Cap de la Nao. There are some restaurants, a large supermarket and tennis courts within easy walking distance. It is an ideal location to unwind and relax when you wish, with little need to get the car out. It has easy access to the Old Town and the marina. Several coves can be found around the headland....great for snorkeling, while the main sandy beach of the 'Arenal' in the bay area is perfect for families with young children. Golfers have several courses with 30mins drive. Then to have a swim and dine on the Naya with the gentle sea breeze under the stars.....really finishes the day.

Javea/ Costa Nova The Javea area is truly an area for all tastes. The lovely coves in the rugged coastline (Great for Snorkeling) The beautiful white crescent shaped 'Arenal Beach' which is a safe and sandy beach is perfect for families. In addition there are lovely walking treks (at all levels) on the Montgo (Sleeping Elephant Mountain) and the surrounding Natural Park. The Port of Javea is still a working fishing port and provides a mixture of fishing vessels, luxury yachts and the sea-front bars cafes and restaurants. It leads to the shopping area and the Moorish old town, full of real Spanish charm. Golf is available at the Club de Golf Javea (10mins drive) and the Club de Golf La Sella (15mins drive) There are numerous tennis courts in the area, some just a few hundred meters from the Villa. Bicycles can be hired in the port area. Live music and Fiestas can be found all year round, especially in July/August. Or just relax by the pool enjoy your book.

With barrelled ceilings in the lounge and open Tosca fireplace. Leads directly to the dining room and is lovely for enjoying the evening air. We have a Fully fitted Kitchen. and Three bedrooms . I.) queen size bed and fitted wardrobes. 2) has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and 3) has bunk beds The lounge has TV (cable) and DVD and CD for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms have showers fitted with one also having a bath. A newly fitted BBQ and outside kitchen /dinning area. overlooking the pool. The private and peaceful garden to the front and sides. Whilst the extensive south facing terraces around the pool (which has roman steps for ease of entry), allow you to enjoy the sun from Dawn to Dusk. There are secure gates to the front and drive, which can park two cars plus garage. Walking distance of the cliff tops with stunning views. |
