The property is superbly situated, just 12 minutes from Alicante airport. It is positioned in a secure urbanisation, with security pass access only. The property comprises of two double bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower/wc room, a lounge/dining room and a spacious kitchen with white goods provided. There is a 30 metre swimming pool within 50 metres and a children's paddling pool (always supervised). Karabassi Beach is just 5 minutes drive, with a free, secure car park and refreshments provided on the beach. The picturesque, coastal road runs parallel to the beach, with the beautiful town of Santa Pola just 10 minutes away. For local entertainment, enjoy a range of restaurants, from local Spanish cuisine to the Argentinian Steak House, and also including Italian, Indian and Chinese offerings. These are situated within 10 minutes walk of the complex, with authentic and modern tavernas nestled along the route. Other amenities include; Handgliding, Golf, Tennis, Markets, etc

Accommodation very clean, well furnished and providing everything one may need.

We and the children really enjoyed the holiday in Gran Alacant!!
The arrival (and departure) was all so well arranged when we arrived in Alicante Airport. So in no time we travelled from out home in Holland to your property. Because it was all clear to us we didn’t had to bother the keyholder until the end of our stay.

We really enjoyed the house and especially the roof terrace in the evening. It was our first time we rented a house this way and we did not know what we could expect but it was much more than we had in mind. It was comfortable, clean and nice to stay in. And what we really liked was the swimming pool just around the corner.

After hiring a car we visited a lot of places like the big outdoor market on a Sunday and the fun fair in Torrevieja which was open until 2 AM. We also visited Santa Pola and Alicante several times but we couldn’t make it to Denia we enjoyed the Carabassi beach too much.

Thank you for giving us a great summer holiday and we hope we may use your nice house again in the future.
