The villa is set in the Montemar suburb, a beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca, within walking distance of the sea and nearby restaurants. Along this beautiful coastline you will find sandy coves and beaches with unspoilt views. The villa is only 5mins from the picturesque fishing village of Moraira, which retains its pretty harbour lined with yachts and fishing boats. This hidden 'gem' is a favourite with the Spanish and has developed into a charming upmarket town with an extensive choice of quality restaurants, bars and shops. You can savour the unspoilt countryside and waterfalls and enjoy many of the local village festivals. Week in Moraira in October - highly recommended

My fiance and I spent a lovely week in this villa which is just as it looks in the pictures - in a lovely, peaceful suburb of Moraira.

Lots to do in the surrounding area, we took trips to Javea and Valencia, both of which we loved.

Moraira is a fantastic little town with great restaurants and bars, and a really good beach. We were delighted with a mostly sunny week - depiste some rain and a couple of windy days we were able to be outside most the week, which we really didn't expect late into October.

There are plenty of facilities in the area, excellent supermarkets only around 1km away and a good restaurant and bar at the bottom of the hill from the villa.

Facilities in the villa were great, we really appreciated the modern surroundings and the cd/dvd player for evenings when we were too lazy to venture out!

we was 15 days in this fantastic villa: very clean and so perfect for 4 persons
the swimming pool is very large and fantastic for the children
there was no one in the other villas: only us ....so relax

Estuvimos en semana santa y aunque el tiempo no acompañó mucho, lo pasamos muy bien. La casa muy limpia y muy bien acondicionada. La piscina un lujo. Tendremos que repetir para poder disfrutarla.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous villa. It has been decorated to a very high standard, I particularly enjoyed the amazing view on to the pool from the lounge. The garden is very quiet and private, you can only hear the birds!!!! We loved having barbecues in the garden in the evening, surrounded by stars in the sky. The surrounding area is stunning and there is much exploring to be done around this beautiful coastline. There are so many activities to choose from, scuba diving, cycling, walking, swimming, water skiing, wind surfing, or you can just relax in the beautiful surroundings. We are coming back!!!!

Great villa in a lovely town

The villa was clean and well fitted out throughout and both the indoor and outdoor space provided everything you needed. Great pool and terrace area. The immediate residential area wasn't too busy, and there are 2 restaurants (italian and english) within walking distance, and a cafe / bakery. The centre of Moraira is within a 10 min drive, or around a 40 min walk if you're feeling energetic, and is a lovely town with a great waterfront. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the way to Moraira and in the town, but the area isn't too built up, which we liked.

Great place for a relaxing holiday, but if you like a more active holiday, the surrounding area is good for walking and cycling.
