Polis is fast becoming one of the most talked about areas of Cyprus. Whilst retaining its natural beauty there has been much needed development of new shops and restaurants, which blend to perfection with the traditional Polis that everyone loves. This 2nd floor apartmet was finished in Sept 2006, it offers fab views of the Mediterranean and the Akamas Peninsula. The complex is surrounded by olive and grapefruit groves. There is a shared heated swimming pool (not suitable for very young children) poolside sun loungers,shower and changing facilities. The apartment is furnished in a traditional way & is very clean bright and spacious. Sky TV, DVD, CD & Radio also a BBQ 2 furnished including 2 sun loungers. There is a selection of DVDs & some Cd's for you to use during your stay. Bed linen, Towels and Beach Towels are provided. There is a local pay as you go mobile phone included, which provides very cheap rates to UK also from Oct 2008 Broadband is available a small extra charge.

Located on the Stunning Akamas Peninsula & Within the Paphos National Park. Polis Village is just a short walk away, here you will find Polis Square with its traditional Cypriot tavernas and a warm Cypriot welcome. Laatchi Marina is just 2km away, there you will find an excellent selection of water sports, sailing, lovely fish tavernas and supermarkets, and not forgetting the beautiful turquoise water of the med with sand and pebble beaches. Tsada Golf club is just 25 mins drive away and Paphos International Airport is 45 mins by car. There are plenty of taxis and there is a local bus service to Paphos.

Notes: Communal Heated Pool but it does not have a shallow end. Extra Cleaning can be booked on your arrival if required. There are plenty of Car Hire dealers locally or you can pick up a hire car from the airport. We can also arrange taxi to collect you from airport and to return you to airport for departure. There is a hairdryer and juicer for your use there is plenty of crockery, cutlery, bed linens, towels and Beach towels.

The apartment is well appointed plus very convenient and in close proximity to the lovely Cypriot town of Polis and the Prettty Marina of Laatchi. Highly Recommended.

Lyn & Keith. Oxfordshire. May 2008: The Apartment was well equipped and provided for all our needs and the site overall was well kept and clean. Ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday with a choice of restaurants in Polis and nearby Laatchi. Polis is within comfortable walking distance and has a couple of Supermarkets. We would recommend a car to better explore the area, including the beautiful coast and the Troodos Mountains. Lynn & Billy were very helpful and always on hand to give advice if needed, the provision of a local mobile phone an example of their attention to detail. We loved and highly recommend the apartment and the area.
