Polis is fast becoming one of the most talked about areas of Cyprus. Whilst retaining its natural beauty there has been much needed development of new shops and restaurants, which blend to perfection with the traditional Polis that everyone loves. This 2nd floor apartment is on the edge of a brand new development, only finished in September 2006, it offers fabulous views of the Mediterranean and the Akamas Peninsula. The apartment is at the edge of the complex and is surrounded by olive and grapefruit groves. There is a shared heated swimming pool (not suitable for very young children) poolside sun loungers, and shower and changing facilities. The apartment is furnished in a traditional way and is very clean bright and spacious. It offers Satellite TV, DVD, CD & Radio. There is also a BBQ and furniture on 2 of the 3 Balconies including 2 sun loungers. There is a selection of DVDs and some Cd's for you to use during your stay. Bed linen, Towels and Beach Towels are provided.

Notes to the rental rates

• *SCHOOL HOLIDAY SPECIAL. SUMMER 2008. RATES ON REQUEST* The rates for 3 to 4 people are as follows:
  27th August 2007 to 31st October 2007 3 to 4 people £350.00 per week £50.00 per day
  1st November 2007 to 31st March 2008 3 to 4 people £300.00 per week £43.00 per day
  Rates for 4 to 6 people are as follows:
  27th August 2007 to 31st October 2007 for 4 to 6 people £400.00 per week £67.00 per day
  1st November 2007 to 31st March 2008 for 4 to 6 people £350.00 per week £50.00 per day
  Rates from 1st April 2008 will be in line with the above, however rates from 1st April 2009 available on request.
  
• Air Conditioning is charged year round as the Air Conditioning Units can be used as room heaters in the cooler months. The rates charged for Air Conditiong are as follows:
  1 to 2 people £3.00 per day
  3 to 4 people £4.00 per day
  5 to 6 people £5.00 per day
  
• There is a non refundable deposit of £30.00 per person charged to secure any booking.

The apartment is well appointed plus very convenient and in close proximity to the lovely Cypriot town of Polis and the Prettty Marina of Laatchi. Highly Recommended.

The Apartment was well equipped and provided for all our needs and the site overall was well kept and clean. Ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday with a choice of restaurants in Polis and nearby Laatchi. Polis is within comfortable walking distance and has a couple of Supermarkets. We would recommend a car to better explore the area, including the beautiful coast and the Troodos Mountains. Lynn & Billy were very helpful and always on hand to give advice if needed, the provision of a local mobile phone an example of their attention to detail. We loved and highly recommend the apartment and the area.
