The 'Lagoon apartment' is situated in an ideal location: 5 minutes from the train station and ferry stop, 15 minutes from the world famous Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, in the typical Venetian neighbourhood of Cannaregio. On of the few new apartment in Venice, built in 2007 ! The apartment has all your desired comforts for a stay in Italy- modern design, full furnishings, air conditioning, washing machine, and satellite TV. Spread over two floors, the apartment has a big living room with sleeper sofa, kitchen with cookware and utensils, and bathroom on the first level and a large bedroom with private bath on the second level. Sleeps max five (5) persons total. The price includes, cleaning, bedding, and towels Possibility of 2 identical apartments, close each others, for max 10

The apartment was excellent and a great base to explore Venice! Set in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, it had easy access to local transport with two waterstops nearby. Fabiano also provided excellent service - he arranged transport from the airport and escorted us to the apartment - very impressed. The apartment was clean, new and had everything you needed for a short stay in Venice. Highly recomended!

Great flat in Venice!

Fabiano -the owner- was very friendly and hospitable.
The price was very good in comparison with the prices in Venice.
There were no problems in accomodation.
All pitures are real. The flat is very near to the downtown.
It was very pleasant holiday.

we were very imressed from the owner Fabiano. He helped us in process of organizing our transport to the city with advices. He took us from bus station. The apartment is very clean, convenient and not expensive for the prices in Venice. The owner was very friendly and polite.
when we visit Venice some day we will call him again!

Great location near central train station and ferries. We stayed as a couple and one teenager very comfortably. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with good facilities including air conditioning and a washing machine.
No real view -very small windows but we didn't spend much time in the apartment for all the sight seeing.
My only suggestion would be for the owner to leave a list of recommended things to do and see - it's always useful to have some insider tips when new to a very touristy destination.

The apartment was beautiful, definately exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, very clean, well looked after in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Fabiano was outstanding with his customer care, it was very reassuring when he meet us at the airport and took us to the apartment personally (just a small Charge, half of a taxi fare). I would honestly recommend this apartment knowing that others wont be disapointed. The location of the apartment is very close to the train station, water buses, water taxi and all shopping amenities. The local people were very friendly and helpfull. There is plenty to do and see, also Venice was not as expensive as we thought it would be. It is well worth buying a 72 hour ticket for the water buses to visit all the beautiful areas of venice. We can honestly say that our whole Venice experience was a trip to remember for all the right reasons.
