Just 5 minutes walk from the Borghese Park (Villa Borghese), guests can walk through this lovely park to the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Via Veneto or to three of Rome's most important museumms. A typical town house, Villa Le Palme has four floors. At garden level is a large well-equipped kitchen, a gym and a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there is a very large, elegant triple sitting-room, a dining area and a large conservatory, overlooking the garden, with its dining and living area. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en-suite). Guests have a their disposal a beautiful garden with loungers, chairs and tables surrounded by exotic plans and palm trees, and a gym . Bus stops and a taxi rank are nearby.

There are few properties that can claim to be walking distance from three major art galleries. But this is true of Villa Le Palme being a mere 5 minutes walk from Rome's Galleria di Arte Moderna and 10 minutes walk from both the Galleria Borghese and the Museo di Valle Giulia. For younger guests Rome's zoo is also just 5 minutes walk away inside the Villa Borghese Park. In the month of May there is another major event which takes places in the park, Rome's international horse show at Piazza di Siena - again no parking or traffic problems, just a short walk across the park ! Just a couple of minute's walk from Villa Le Palme is the Hotel Aldrovrando, which boats one of Rome's most beautiful outdoor swimming pools - surrounded by the lush vegetation of the hotel's park, one could almost be in the tropics instead of the Eternal City. This gorgeous pool is open to the public both for swimming, to dine or just to have a cocktail.

GUEST BOOK:- One of the best things about our entire visit to Rome was staying at your lovely villa. We were overwhelmed by the fact that the villa was even lovelier than shown in the pictures. We truly enjoyed the grandiose spaciousness it offered our family....It was like a suite of a 5 star hotel but much larger. The area of Rome where it is located is very desireable, perfect for walking to the local restaurants and the beautiful Borghese park. I can highly recommend Villa Le Palme as an absolutely perfect place to stay on a visit to Rome. (Pruett, December 2008) This property turned out to be more exquisite than the pictures. We loved the Italian architecture, the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms, 4 bathrooms and the large dining room and kitchen. It was a great place for a family reunion at Christmas.
