Photos and Description of this Cannes holiday apartment Lovely view over the mountains, quiet nice newly built compound.

A beautiful 2 room 32 sq.m. apartment on 3rd floor with lovely 13 sq.m. balcony located in the new prestigious area Cannes Grand Park with quick 3 km journey to the Croisette both by car and local bus. The Mimosa shopping centre and a large Casino supermarket are within 500 metres. The apartment was built 2007 in a quiet gated compound and has a fabulous view over the hills of the Esterel and the Alpes Maritimes. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and TV. The west-facing balcony has a table and chairs and enjoys the sun all afternoon and evening. The open kitchen is tastefully fitted into the corner of the living room and is fully equipped - warm air oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a generous supply of crockery/utensils etc. There is one bedroom with 2 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Lift and air condition is installed. (Please, do not hesitate to contact owner for more pictures or further information).

202 Boulevard Leader, Cannes, in the new prestigious area Cannes Grand Park with quick 3 km journey to the Croisette and beaches both by car and local bus. 800 meters from the Maillan sports stadium and the music/exhibition hall La Palestre. The Mimosa shopping centre with a large Casino supermarket bakery etc. is within 500 metres. The apartment offers comfort for families with children on vacation but also for visitors to trade fairs and exhibitions as it is easy to reach the centre of Cannes from here. At arrival from Cannes airport you may easily reach Cannes by airport bus and the apartment by local bus.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rent is all-inclusive of electricity, one charge of bedlinen for each bed, one charge of bathroom towels for each person and housecleaning on departure. PLEASE NOTE: BEACH Towels are not provided, please bring your own. Payment 25% of the rent to be to be paid at the booking of the apartment. The balance to be paid latest 6 weeks before arrival. Note refunds cannot be considered after this date. Payment via bank transfer.

    Our representative will meet you at arrival and on request at all reasonable hours. She will require a security deposit of Euros 200 (not included in the rental rates given) at your arrival. This is to cover loss of keys or breakages, and is refundable on departure
    In case you stay 3 weeks or more we offer a discount of 25% on our weekly charges given.

Notes: The pool is shared among the residents in the gated compound. In the balcony there are a dining table for six persons and two sling chairs. The apartment is fitted with electric security blinds which are great black out blinds on the two patio doors which lead onto the balcony. The kitchen has a fold able table for 2 or 4 persons.

We foud apartment exactly as it was described on the Web. Pool and air-conditioning makes this place very confortable aspecially in July-August when we visited Cannes. Absolutly perfect maintened by local staff. Clean, well equipted with new furnitures, big tarrace. Close to Cannes Centre (10 min by car), gives opportunity to rest after traveling around Provence. Strongly recomends.
