Casa Do Olival - charming views over the Tejo river
This original 18th century apartment is awaiting your stay on the first floor in ' Travessa olival'. This apartment is situated in the historic and charming area 'Santos'. It stands 50 m away to the museum of ancient Art and next to the famous Janelas Verdes Street (Green Windows). The river Tajo is 100m away and can be seen from the cosy balcony. Its a quaint and old city area, which is safe during the day and night. The apartment is decorated with traditional tiles from the 18th century, and building is made in the 'Pombaline Style' and it was completely restored a few years ago. From the river shore you can take the foot path up to belem or down-town all within a pleasant environment. In the neighbourhood you find all you need:markets, coffee shops and excellent gourmet restaurants which are frequented by Portuguese guests. For more details please ask.
