We are proud to present our luxury apartment In Los Cristianos, Tenerife which is ideal for that self-catering holiday rental at any time of year. The local climate is second to none, with plenty of sunshine and warm weather which can be enjoyed on the large sun terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with king size bed, sofa bed and single z-bed together with a fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave. It is situated in a quiet complex which has magnificent sea views, two pools and a pool bar for light meals and social occasions. All amenities are nearby and there are two golf courses within 5 miles one of which is of championship standard. Transfers from the airport (journey time 15 minutes) can be arranged along with welcome packs if required. For those evenings in, satellite TV and a DVD player are available, together with a supply of reading material. The apartment is maintained in pristine condition by our local agent.

The apartment is situated about 15 minutes drive from Tenerife Sur airport. Los Cristianos town and sandy beach are about 10 minutes walk with the harbour area a further 5 minutes away. From here it is possible to take a ferry to the other Canary Islands, including La Gomera and Lanzarote, and also to go whale and dolphin watching by motor boat. Paragliding, banana boating and pedalos are all available in the area. There are many other sandy beaches in the area and Playa de las Americas, with its Aqua Park and vibrant night life is well within walking distance. There is also a small zoo and a butterfly enclosure a few minutes from the apartment. Car rental is also available nearby, together with the local bus terminus, from where it is possible to access most parts of the Island. Also, a visit to Loro Parque zoo, in the North of the Island is a must, with its many different animals and birds and the unforgettable replica of arctic conditions for the benefit of the penguins.
