Enjoy sunny Phoenix, Arizona in this 3 bedroom Arizona holiday villa. The rental villa includes a private HEATED pool and detached spa for your swimming needs. Inside the villa are 3 televisions (one 48' flat screen in the family room), and a hi-speed internet modem. The villa has 3 bedrooms with a KING bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd room. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft if necessary. There are plenty of seating options with 2 couches and 2 love seats as well as additional chairs. The villa is decorated in tastefully with a southwester flair. Close by is world class golf, fine and casual dining, shopping, and plenty of entertainment including Rawhide an old fashioned western ghost town. The holiday villa is located in Phoenix, AZ, 3.5 hours from the Grand Canyon. Phoenix Sky harbor airport is only 12 minutes from the house for a hassle-free ride to the home. Wonderful home for visit to Chandler area. We were here for college baseball--house is less than 10 minutes from Snedigar Complex. The house was clean and well-provisioned. Internet access was very useful. Backyard is an absolute oasis. Mike and Sophie are perfect hosts. Their accomodation could not have been better.
