This traditional Menorcian villa benefits from views over Cala Galdana and the river flowing down to the sea. All the amenities of this popular resort are within walking distance. The accommodation, all on one level comprises of an entrance hall leading to a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two family bathrooms. There is a living / dining room with open fireplace and serving hatch to the newly fitted separate kitchen, which benefits from all modern appliances. In addition there is a light and airy sun lounge off the main living area, which gives the opportunity to enjoy the sun indoors. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV, DVD Player and a stereo system. Outside, to the front of the villa the sun terraces surround a 7m x 4m swimming pool, which has roman steps. A number of trees in the mature gardens offer natural shade. Sun beds, parasols and patio furniture are provided with a brick built BBQ. These is ample parking on and off-road parking.

The lovely resort of Cala Galdana is located on the south coast of the island and is centred around one of the most beautiful pine clad bays on the island. The large horseshoe shaped bay of Cala Galdana with crystal clear waters and gently shelving pale gold sand is ideal fro families. A small wooden bridge over the river, which flows out to sea, makes a most picturesque setting. From here it is possible to walk along the headland and explore through the pine forests. Cala Galdana holidays offer something for everyone; whether you prefer to soak up the sun on the beach, hire a boat, take a gentle stroll through the shaded pine clad headland around the bay or try your hand at diving, with a PADI approved training school, then Cala Galdana has all this and more to offer. The children's waterslides on the beach make this an ideal destination for families with younger children. Everything is close at hand with a good choice of bars, fine restaurants and shops within the resort.

in a small quiet residential area within walking distance to shops and beach although there are lots of steep steeps to climb on the way home so you do have to be fairly fit.
pool is in the front garden but out of show to passing people its a no through road so main traffic doesn't pass. garden to back with very big cliff at the bottom which is fenced and railed, we enjoyed this villa, comfy furniture, and beds, kitchen could be more well equipped, but on the whole everything you need is there.
Recommended for:  Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Age 55+
