A wonderfully equipped house offering flexible accommodation & full children facilities with 2 large double bedrooms (one en suite) on the ground floor. The reception floor has stunning views across the Sierra Nieves national park & has a spacious open plan lounge/dining, high-ceiling layout with log burner, gourmet kitchen & shower room. On the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms, including the charming open-planned mezzanine bedroom. The large sun-terrace seats 10 guests, decking through the rear French doors leads to the pool-view BBQ terrace & to the top of the garden is the hill-top decking over-looking the castle. A huge front patio offers shaded seated areas & accesses the gated infinity pool. Housekeeper available

Several sandy beaches within 15 minutes drive, world famous golf courses throughout the area, glitzy Puerto Banus 20 minutes, Marbella Gun and Country Clubis in the village itself, 30 minutes drive to 2 waterparks, a zoo and safari park. Historic Ronda is a 40 mins drive inland, On the coast Marbella has everything from the charming old town to the beautiful golden mile beach with everything available from boat hire at the Marinas to some of the most famous restaurants in the south of Spain. Monda Castle is walking distance from the house and offers a wonderful ambiance and great dining, Several walking and cycle routes are in and around the village, there is a bike with toddler seat at the house. Monda itself is a charming Spanish village with several tapas bars and restaurants plus every day facilities such as grocery store, bakery, chemist (english speaking). Its a very peaceful location yet so close to every activity. Can also do day trips the Morocco from the port of Marbella.

Excellent location with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. If you are looking for peace and quiet then stock up the fridge and you'll never have to/want to leave......The lovely village of Monda is within walking distance for those wishing to dine out. The livelier resorts/beaches are within 15mins drive of the villa (you will need a car....)
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Baan Monda and will certainly return..........

A lovely property in very peaceful and pretty location. The villa is thoughtfully and well equipped.

Views from the pool and sundowner terrace are enchanting.

The pretty village of Monda is within easy reach and we enjoyed some very good meals there.

It was easy to reach Marbella and other coastal towns with a car but as it was so peaceful we didn't often want to leave and spent the majority of our days by the pool - even though it was only mid May!

What a fantastic house! Waking up to the view of the beautiful mountains around Monda, which is a very nice little town with a local atmosphere. A perfect place to relax and feel at home away from home.

3 generations stayed there and everybody enjoyed all the nice facilities in the house. There was plenty of space both inside and outside and the area around the house was nice and quiet. I can highly recommend it to families with small and older children.

Everything was nice and clean and we will for sure be back for another holiday in this house.

Excellent accurate description of the villa, it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived it was immaculately cleaned and a welcome pack waiting for us - what a lovely touch! There were 9 of us (4 adults and 5 children) and there was plenty of room. The pool was beautiful and spent many days just lazing and looking over the fantastic village of Monda, still thinking about it now! Would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Monda to our friends and would love to return very soon. We would like to thank Lisa for ensuring our stay was very enjoyable. I think it would suit couples looking for a peaceful retreat but also excellent for familes with children. Once again thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks in August, there were four of us (including two children aged 6 and 4) and we all had a fantastic time. The villa itself is positioned to make the most of the spectacular views, in an area with plenty of shops, bars and beaches all within easy reach by car(you will need a car). Everything you could want is at the villa, not only everyday items, but also such things as outdoor toys and beach towels. It was very clean and well maintained. We were met by a lovely couple who showed us around and were on hand if we needed them throughout our stay. We spent many an evening, eating outdoors with a nice glass of wine, watching the sun go down. It was a lovely holiday.
