This lovely villa is located in the residential urbanization of San Luis Villas in Playa Flamenca. With lounge, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool and private parking it is an ideal holiday home for both couples and families alike. Air conditioning is installed virtually throughout for your comfort and a British digital TV system, DVD and CD player are installed for entertainment. On the terrace by the private pool there is a gas BBQ, tables and chairs so that you may enjoy dining ‘al fresco’ and on the solarium there are sunbeds and seating so that you may relax or sunbathe. The villa is well equipped with all you will need to ensure your holiday is relaxing.

The area of Playa Flamenca is ideally situated between Punta Prima and La Zenia. Within easy walking distances there are many cafes bars, restaurants, supermarkets and good night life. The Saturday street market which is held nearby is must to visit where you can purchase fresh foods, flowers, clothes, shoes, leather goods, rugs, toys and so much more. A great day out can be had at the Aquapark which is a short 15 minutes drive as is the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour and promenade which is lined with many cafe bars and restaurants, where most evenings you will find small market stalls.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 70 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are 10 minutes walking distance to beach of Playa Flamenca. The beaches of La Zenia. Levante, Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guadamar and La Marina.

Airports, Aeroplanes and Transfers: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork. Knock and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday

CAr Hire and Taxi Services: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice and there is availability. Minimum age is 25 years. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of insurance and airport transfers. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

Golf: There are 3 local golf courses all within a short drive. Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin. Information on these courses can be provided on enquiry.
