Luxury cottages refurbished to a very high standard, right in the centre of Croyde. Kitchens include: Range cooker, granite work tops, flat screen TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. Living room includes: flat screen TVs, DVD players, leather sofas, oak flooring, central heating, etc. Very pleasant garden with barbeque and outdoor eating area. Both bath and shower facilities. Short walk to beach, pubs and restaurants. Off street parking. Delightful. All bed linen etc supplied, please bring personal towels.

The barn is 17th century barn refurbished to a high standard with many period features such as exposed beams and open fires blended with modern comforts. There is a large sociable eat in Kitchen with granite work tops, range cooker, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, flat screen TV, a table for 6 people and a further 2 comfortable chairs. The living room is a lovely room with 3 comfortable leather sofas, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, a working open fire and French doors onto the terrace and garden. The master bedroom looks over the rear garden with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with power shower. Bedroom 2 looks over the rear garden and local hills and has twin beds and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 also looks over the rear garden with twin beds. There is a further family bathroom . There is a suntrap terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and private large garden. Private off road parking for 2 cars.

Croyde Cottages - The Barn

We (a family of 2 adults and 3 children aged 3,5,9) stayed in the Barn over the Easter week. Whilst the weather was not kind to us (snow!!) the cottage gave us solace with its welcoming real log fire and very well kitted out and clean kitchen, bedrooms,bathrooms and living areas. The Barn is well decorated with a very spacious family friendly kitchen and a slightly smaller but extremely cosy lounge. The garden is fab for the children with a nice grassy area for ball games and cricket (in the snow!). The location is perfect - 2 minutes walk to pubs and restaurants and a few shops and less than 10 minutes to the glorious Croyde beach. If you have the sun you couldnt have a better location. In spite of its location, there was no noise, its very peaceful and restful. We'd return again, only this time hopefully bring some sun with us! The only thing missing from the barn were towels for the bathrooms, so remember to bring your own!.
