'Podere il Giurato“ (adv.71159)and ”Terra Casa Rossa”, situated only 600m from one another, are beautiful place to spend you holiday in Tuscany. Fauglia is conveniently located in the countryside between the delightful cities of Livorno and Pisa about 15 km from the sea. Both properties are traditional Tuscan country houses which boast traditional style with special touches which make one fell immediately at home. Both houses are provided with lovely swimming pools. Thanks to a favourable geographical position, from here it is easy for those who love a cultural holiday to reach the most important cities of art of Tuscany, like Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Volterra. Farmhouses “Podere il Giurato” and “Terra Casa Rossa” are divided in eight self-catering apartments that have been restructured according to the style of the house.

Beds: 4+2. Two bedrooms. Dimensions: 90 m2. Number of rooms: 2 double room (two singles beds on additional). Bathrooms: 1 (en suite shower rooms with shower cubicle, basin). This characteristic apartment is on the first floor of the house. The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped ,well provided with all the facilities you need to spend a nice holiday. The apartment well furnished with colourful rugs, pretty curtains and lots of pictures on the walls giving the apartment a very warm atmosphere. The apartment has its own area in the garden with table and chairs and sun umbrellas. All the apartments have double beds or singles beds that can be joined in one double.

    The arrival/departures must take place as follows:

    Departure: Saturday between 8a.m. and.09.00 a.m.
    Service include: Weekly change of towels and bed linen. Final cleaning. Water, electricity and gas. Use of washing machine ad iron. Use of swimming pool and garden. Use of barbecue end external oven.
    Sun beds at poolside. Ping pong. One unguarded covered parking area. If you book for two weeks ,weekly change of towel and linen is included, but not an apartment clean. Pets are welcome. A deposit of 25% is required on booking.
    Heating: 70,00 € pro week(winter period).

Spent 2 fantastic weeks at Casa Terra Rossa this July with our 3 boys. The welcome from Paola was very friendly and she asked that we treat the apartment like a home from home which is exactly how it felt from day one. The accomodation was to a very high standard and very clean. The house is set in beautiful gardens and the new swimming pool was a big hit with the children. Paola was on hand to help us out with some advise on where to visit, beaches and such but was never intrusive. Found a great free beach at Vada about half an hours drive south. Was a great base for visiting Florence, Lucca, Siena etc. Highly recommend visiting La Gattaiola, the restaurant in Fauglia just up the road, by far the best food we have ever tasted! By far the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, highly recommend you give this a try you won't be disappointed.

Tolle Ferien in einem wunderschönen und Anwesen

Im August 2009 haben wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 10 Jahre) eine erholsame Urlaubswoche im sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus in Fauglia verbracht. Paola hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns die Wohnung und Umgebung gezeigt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist perfekt sauber. Jeden Morgen wird der Pool gereinigt und die Pflanzen in dem tollen Garten gegossen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genossen. Bei Fragen war Paola jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und mehrmals täglich vor Ort. Wir bedanken uns bei ihr und ihrer Familie für diese schöne Urlaubswoche, die viel zu schnell vorbei war. Aber wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Unser Sohn vermisst Igor, den kuscheligen Hund von Paola, sehr.
