• A deposit of 50% of the total amount agreed is required to confirm the booking. Payment is only accepted by means of a check in US dollars unless an alternative currency and amount is specifically agreed upon at the time of the booking. The remaining 50% will be payable 3 days prior to the first night of the stay. A full refund of the deposit will be given if the reservation is cancelled four or more weeks prior to first night of the stay. A refund of 50% of the deposit will be given if cancelled between 2-4 weeks prior to first night of the stay. No refund of the deposit will be given if booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the first night of the stay.
