The apartment block backs on to the main road. It is served by a regular bus service linking all major towns on the island. The beach is 200 mts away. The nearby village has an excellent selection of useful shops, banks and a supermarket all of which are only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment overlooks Port Adriano a boat lovers paradise, which has many delightful restaurants, bars and shops, The village is peaceful and quiet however the busy towns of Santa Ponsa and Magaluf are only a few minutes away by car or bus.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency. Notes to the rental rates
    A 25 % non-refundable booking deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is payable in full, 8 weeks prior to the rental period and is also non refundable. In the event that the booking is sooner than 8 weeks the full amount of the rental must be paid at the time of booking. Holiday insurance is recommended in case of forced cancellation. No bookings will be confirmed until your deposit has been received.
    Rental terms:- Minimum of 1 week and for a maximum of 4 adults . Rate includes all water, gas and electricity used.
  • Rental times start from 1500 hours on 1st day. Apartment must be vacated by 1000 am on last day to allow for cleaning.
    The Rental does not include a cleaning service. The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with clean linen and towels. We ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and respectfully point out that should any additional cleaning to normal be required the cost of this will be deducted from your deposit. A security deposit of Euro 300 is required to cover any breakages or damage. This deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure providing the apartment / contents have not suffered any damage and it has been left in a reasonable condition

A beautiful apartment in Port Adriano

Lovely and chic apartment with a magnificent view. Incredibly blue sea together with red rocks and green vegetation are creating a beautiful scenery. Only a few meters away from the swimming pool and sandy beach. Surrounding Santa Ponsa, Magaluf, Port Portals etc. only a couple of minutes away, excellent connection to Palma. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, but could be updated. The rest of the rooms are nicely decorated. As a small but nice surprise a TV with a lot of channels and many different books available as well. Very kind and friendly owners. We were very pleased to spend our holidays in this apartment.
