Luxury 3 bed-roomed apartment in the beautiful complex of Cumbre del Sol. The apartment is fully furnished with all new fixtures and fittings and offers a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, which both provide access to a large private sun terrace. With 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and a double sofa bed the apartment can easily accommodate up to 8 people. Furthermore, the apartment offers a fully equipped American style kitchen and 2 large bathrooms with shower and WC. The apartment is built into the hillside at the very highest point of Cumbre del Sol, which gives the most breathtaking and uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The apartment is one of the few in this area, due to very stricken rules and demands of the building architecture. Beside the beautiful apartment complex with it's fantastic view the area is developed with exclusive villas down the hillside.

Several golf courts, large and sandy beaches, restaurants, amusement parks including Aqualandia (water park with slides) and Mundomar (dolphin, sea lions shows, etc.) and a large theme park Terra Mitica. The area offers a lot of holiday activities for both adults and children. Golf: GOLF in Cumbre del Sol The centric location of Cumbre del Sol allows enjoying several golf courses of 9 to 18 holes within a thirty kilometer radius. The closest is the Jávea golf club, located only 2 km away towards Calpe. 8 kilometers away is the Golf Ifach course and carrying on to Altea, the Golf course Don Cayo. In Benidorm, next to Tierra Mítica, you will find the Sheraton Real de Faula Golf Resort with two 18 hole courses, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Towards the north of the Cumbre del Sol, there is the Golf course La Sella in Denia and in Oliva, the Oliva Nova Golf course. As you see, Cumbre del Sol is located in very privileged surroundings, not only for its climate and location, but also for its centrality regarding a broad range of golf courses.

'It's a lovely apartment, which have an extraordinary sea view. The area around Pueblo have also a fantastic nature which we all enjoyed very much.
The apartment are very well decorated and very comfortable and everything worked perfect. We have been very satisfied with our stay and hope we can rent your apartment another time.
